Implementation Strategy

Select & Pilot Launch

Identify and select cities with engaged youth communities and pressing urban challenges. Launch pilot Urban Hubs to test frameworks, build local partnerships, and refine methodologies.

Evaluate: Framework Competency Workshop

Conduct workshops to build capacity in SDG frameworks, policy analysis, and advocacy strategies. Evaluate pilot results and refine the Urban Hub model based on lessons learned.

Grow Network & Partnerships

Expand the Urban Hub network to additional cities while fostering partnerships with local governments, academic institutions, businesses, and civil society organizations.

Institutionalization & Policy Influence

Establish Urban Hubs as recognized stakeholders in local policy processes. Develop mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of SDG implementation and impact assessment.
